Cloud and Local agent
Local-agent crawls cost half the credits of cloud crawls at the same depth. Cloud crawls are charged when they are queued. Local-agent jobs are charged only when the first successful report is accepted, so credits are never reserved while an agent is offline or waiting to poll.
